Introducing…

US! We’d like to take some time to tell you all a bit about who we are and how we got here.

My name is Aaron Hill, and I’m the founder, CEO, roaster, importer, etc... I basically wear all of the hats at Otto Coffee Club. This “club” began as an exclusive space for curious and explorative coffee drinkers to be connected to innovative producers and excellent coffees. However, we believe that coffee shouldn’t be exclusive - it should be shared, and I hope to share the work of amazing producer partners with you.

I’ve been roasting for over 8 years, and am now also importing from Colombia, Guatemala, and Indonesia. I am also a co-owner in an importing company, Cotrade Imports.

Otto Coffee Club is unique as a specialty coffee roaster, because when you purchase from Otto, you are actually purchasing direct-trade. I personally visit and vet the farms, know the producers, cup the coffees, and ensure the quality before we ship it out to you. With Otto Coffee Club, we hope to showcase all of the incredible producers around the world, and make it easy and accessible for you to taste unique and excellent coffees right at home. We will be sharing about our producer partners, our at-home brewing methods, sourcing trips, and more. Please follow along as we explore new places and flavors in coffees together!
